In 2012 I bought my first two rental properties within six months of each other. I was a single woman working a 9-5 job, making a decent income, and living in a state I had moved to 2 years earlier.  Today I am a successful real estate investor/landlord with multiple properties, tenants who stay in my properties for multiple years, and a profit margin most investors wish for.  I want to show you how to achieve this.
