Dakisha is a real estate investor with over nine years of real estate investing experience, and she wants to teach you everything she has learned about investing in real estate. Dakisha successfully self-manages all her properties while working a full-time job. She bought her first rental property in March 2012, and bought her second rental property in October 2012. Dakisha now owns eight rental properties.

After the purchase of her second rental property, Dakisha has strictly used the income from her rental properties to purchase her additional rental properties, and to pay for the maintenance, repairs, and other miscellaneous expenses associated with her rental portfolio. Dakisha’s real estate portfolio funds itself, and now, Dakisha wants to help you acquire a real estate portfolio that can fund itself.
